This policy applies to all our products, including all shades of our semi-permanent hair dye, as long as the items are in their original condition and packaging, unopened and unused.

We will provide you with easy-to-follow instructions and a prepaid shipping label, so you don’t have to worry about any return costs—we cover all shipping expenses for returns as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction. Once you send back the item, please allow us a few days to receive and inspect it. We will verify that the product is in its original, unopened condition and process your refund promptly.
Refunds will be issued in USD (United States Dollars), thecurrency used on our website, and will be credited back to your original payment method. We process all refunds within 5 to 10 business days of receiving your return.
